Introduction
In 2013, the discipline of Science & Technology Education began to recruit master students. It is supported by a team of advisors primarily composed of professors and early- to mid-career associate professors, characterized by high academic standards, a well-structured disciplinary layout, and a fully developed talent. There are more than ten full-time advisors, including 4 professors, about 10 associate professors, and several ZJU 100 young professors and specially appointed research fellows. All of them have overseas study or visiting experience.
Through the research on the theory and practice of science and technology education and the development and management of science and technology educational resources, this major aims to cultivate high-level educational talents engaged in science and technology education and science popularization in K-12 schools, science and technology education related museums, science and technology education bases inside and outside of schools, science and technology associations, community science and technology stations, news media and other departments.
